FAQ

1) Are you a retailer or a distributor?

Greater Living is a small imports business, as a small, relatively new business we currently focus on online-retailing. However, our aim is and has always been to distribute to other stores, as such we are more than happy to talk and reach an agreement if you are after any of our brands or products.

2) Which products do you have access to?

Currently our main products and brands are:

  • Leather Honey
  • KMC Sleeves
  • Shengshou & Moyu Magic Cubes
  • Our own Wooden and Metal Dice
  • BULK Custom Made Wooden and Metal Dice
  • Our own Medical ID Silicone Wristbands and other designs
  • BULK Custom Made Silicone Wristbands
  • BULK Custom Made Lanyards

3) What do you mean by Custom Made?

We have access to a manufacturer of: Silicone Wristbands, Lanyards, Metal Coins, Medals, Dice, Wooden Dice. As such, we can process any Bulk orders (Minimum quantities vary by product) for any design you have in mind. Just contact us at orders@westendtcg.com.au to discuss your demands.

4) Do you have a wholesale price list?

As a small business focussing on a wide variety of products, we do not have a pre-defined wholesale price list to offer to you readily available. Our process for wholesale pricing involves a request for additional information, particularly in terms of potential demand and use of product, which we will then follow with a customised offer. If you are interested, just send an email at orders@westendtcg.com.au to discuss your needs.

4) What are typical waiting times for an order?

It varies widely on the type and quantity of item you have ordered, although all are usually sent via Australia Post and as such their delivery timeframes are the best estimate. Please be aware of the recent change to Australia Post's letter system, which has slowed down typical delivery times by a day or two in most situations.

In the case of Custom Made products, production tends to take between 3 to 5 business days, usually less for smaller quantities. Shipping times also vary greatly, but I recommend you to contact us for an estimate. Rush orders are unfortunately very tough to get in on time and as such we recommend to plan ahead.
